• 8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed (optional)
  • 5-6 Ice Cubes

Mix everything in a blender until smooth.

Try using a frozen banana for a thicker smoothie.
